Dr Kai Brown is an Australian trained hepatobiliary, pancreatic and general surgeon at Royal North Shore Hospital and North Shore Private Hospital and a Senior Lecturer in Surgery at the University of Sydney. He completed his general surgery training and underwent further extensive subspeciality training in liver, pancreas and gallbladder surgery, along with liver transplant. Kai prides himself on delivering the highest level of tailored care and support to his patients, ensuring they feel he always has their best interests at heart.

What was most important to Kai in the development of his brand was clearly communicating his sincere nature and holistic approach to patient care, during and well beyond his patients’ treatment. We explored some of the key themes and messaging outlined by Kai, which helped us craft a versatile and heartfelt single-minded proposition – ‘every step of the way.’ Paired with phrases like ‘in safe hands,’ ‘tailored treatment,’ and ‘putting you first’, Kai’s SMP sets the warm tone of the brand and emphasises Kai’s ongoing support in his patients’ journeys. 

Further reinforcing this tone was subtle graphic flourishes and curated imagery. Sprinklings of organic underlines and scribbles created the visual impression that Kai was adding his own personal touch to the brand whilst emphasising important components of his offerings and ethos.
